Club Tisaya Golf

It's a very quiet place, with a nice pool and free shuttle trips a few times a day for getting around without a car. The bungalow was very warm inside, but we had a couple of fans and managed to sleep. Bungalow 5 was clean, and the bathroom had been recently renovated, but the rest felt a bit dated. The pans were very old, and the non-stick coating was scratched, so they really shouldn't be used, you'd end up eating it. We left sweets and bread on the counter overnight, and in the morning tiny ants had completely covered the food, so we had to throw it out. Not cool. Even after we removed it and cleaned all the surfaces and floor, ants kept coming around. We ended up putting all our food in the fridge or the car.

We had a spacious room that was basically a one-bedroom apartment, with a full kitchen, living room, separate bedroom, shower and terrace. The location was solid, the amenities were nice, and there was a refreshing pool with outdoor showers and lovely vegetation around the grounds. I personally liked the cats wandering around, even coming into the apartment! Lol. The only issue for me was no air conditioning. They kindly provided two fans, which helped a lot, and we slept with the windows and main door open to draw in the cool air. They don't technically offer laundry service, but kindly did our laundry for us, which I appreciated. Please hear me out, I try to be objective: the hotel was great.

It's a very quiet, clean and pleasant place, with a supermarket about 100meters away. The bungalows are roomy, the bathrooms have been renovated, and the pool area is clean and peaceful, never crowded, so it's easy to relax there. The kitchen has what you need to cook, though the fittings seem a little old. Wi-Fi worked well, and I appreciated how clean both the rooms and outdoor areas were. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there's free parking for your rental car. The beach and city are a long way off, about a 40min walk, but there's a free shuttle bus to Maspalomas beach.

The hot water ran out quickly, so the water heater could be better. The rooms are a little outdated, though still in good condition, and the bathrooms have been renovated. The people were very nice, looked after the bungalow and cleaned it regularly.
