Duplex in Maspalomas Near Meloneras Beach

We spent plenty of time by the pool, and Victor was a great ambassador for the hotel. The evening shows had a good mix and were really enjoyable, and there was lots of food to choose from. This was our first stay, in a superior sea view room, and it was exactly as described. We had a very enjoyable time and would recommend the hotel. We’ll be back.

The quiet end of Meloneras suited us perfectly, and we enjoyed the week so much that we’ve already booked two weeks half board for next year. We stayed seven nights on B&B this time. The hotel facilities were first rate, with the whole place kept to a very high standard. Staff were all friendly and quick to help, and the food was very good. I wish the Brasserie had been open more often, since its food was excellent and reasonably priced. Drinks at the hotel were reasonably priced too.

We spent most evenings listening to the live music in the lounge bar after dinner. It carries through to the rooms and can be a bit loud, but it finishes at a reasonable time and didn’t bother us much. Airam was a highlight there, friendly, great at making drinks, and full of fun energy. He sang along with the music and made the bar feel lively. The bar staff in general were quick and worked hard to keep people from waiting too long. The buffet had plenty of choice at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with something for everyone. The hotel was clean and well kept, and the toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, were good quality. We also liked that people didn’t reserve pool loungers, which kept the area relaxed. The town is peaceful and cozy, with a nice beach and a nearby supermarket. Puerto Rico is an easy walk with good shoes, and there’s a direct bus too. Staff were always happy to help us with directions and transport. Everyone we met was polite and friendly. On arrival we were offered champagne, lemon water, or still water while the receptionist talked us through the hotel. It made a lovely first impression. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this calm, welcoming place.

The quiet seaside setting was just right, and it’s only a 10-15 minute walk along the seafront to Meloneras for shops and restaurants. We passed plenty of other four and five star hotels, but still felt H10 was by far the best. The pool and deck were spotless, with sparkling water and plenty of room to relax. Our rooms were spacious, beautifully placed, and perfectly clean, with glorious views and very comfortable beds. It felt like a little haven. The food was excellent with lots of variety, and the entertainment was fun and high quality if you wanted to go. The welcome was warm from the moment we arrived, including a lovely drink. Even before the trip, staff had been efficient, friendly, and helpful, arranging golf bookings for my husband and our friend and answering my questions about gym equipment. Our friend had the room next to ours. Every staff member we met was happy to help, and people always greeted me with a smile and hello. My husband and I stayed at H10 in Meloneras in November 2025, and we were so impressed we’ve already booked for next month. We don’t usually return to the same place because we like trying new ones, but this hotel feels right for us and we’d worry about being disappointed elsewhere.
