Grupotel Tres Vidas

Juan at reception was especially kind and found us the best room, which made the stay really comfortable. The ocean view was stunning. Tres Vidas is a fantastic resort, with friendly staff and all the amenities close at hand. We also loved the Christmas decorations, especially the beautifully decorated trees that made everything feel festive.

There were plenty of sunbeds around the nice pool, both by the water and in quieter spots near the sea. Check-in was easy, and the location worked well for catching a bus into Masplomas. Our spacious Tres Vidas apartment had a great balcony for self-catering and was well equipped. Carmen Rosa cleaned it daily to a high standard and even helped with the dishes. We'd recommend it and come back.

This was our third visit, and the apartment was wonderful, with a spectacular view and everything we could possibly need. Fabiola, our lovely cleaner, was so friendly. We also enjoyed the aqua session, and Stephanie was full of energy.

The apartments sit a little higher up than the main building, something people with limited mobility may want to keep in mind. That said, many people managed with strollers, and it wasn't an issue for us. There are excellent restaurants and supermarkets right beside the hotel. The garden and grounds were fabulous, with lots of pools, a beach, and a playground, plus some cute kittens. We enjoyed the friendly, smiling staff and a great late-November break with weather warm enough for lots of swimming. Breakfast was perfect, with plenty of choice and constant refills, so we didn't feel we were missing out if we arrived later, despite what other reviews said. Sometimes there was even champagne. We'd stay here again if we return. Thank you!
