Hapimag feels like family. The cleanliness, hospitality and amazing location set it apart from other places. Giuseppe, Giorgio, Leonardo e Felix are attentive, kind and joyful, and make you feel wonderfully looked after. Thanks to the Hapimag staff for another incredible holiday.

We had a great 18 days at Hapimag. It isn’t a new resort, but it’s run very professionally, kept clean throughout, and has a lovely garden and pool area. The beach and pleasant promenade are close by, and the people are nice and focused on guests. Buses right outside Hapimag can take you anywhere on the island. There aren’t many authentic restaurants nearby. In my opinion, San Augustin is a good choice if you’re not into partying. If you want that scene, go to Playa Ingle. Prices were pretty steady at over 160£ a night on the booking sites, but I found Locktrip for 135£ a night. Use code JGPHT before login and it gets even cheaper, enjoy.

It’s definitely a quiet place, so don’t expect nightly entertainment here. I enjoyed the stay, the staff were amazing, and we ate here on our last night. The food was really tasty and good quality. For a proper party area, though, we had to take the bus to Maspalomas, playa del ingles or Puerto Rico.
