A clean, quiet two-floor apartment with a pool on site and helpful staff. We could cook, and the sun reached the second-floor terrace. The restaurant wasn't available, but food delivery worked nicely. We were only there for a short stay.

The place was okay, nothing special. The main problem was the fragile, temperamental entrance door. We had to call reception several times, and they told us the door was faulty. Then at checkout they tried to charge us 500 euros for damage to it. Based on that alone, don't stay here!

A very nice, quiet place, with fairly private sunbathing space for each apartment. It's gated, and there's parking outside. Bars and restaurants are a ten-minute walk away.

When we visited in March 2022 it was nice and quiet. The pool was nice and clean, and Meloneras, which is a better class of place than nearby Maspalomas, was a 20-minute walk away.

Bugs all over the place and very poor conditions. We were in flat 30. The owner and his Agent are frauds, and it'll cost you more than quoted. I'd avoid this resort.
