MC San Agustin

The room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The reception lady was especially lovely and helped us find parking, then suggested places for dinner and drinks. The rest of the staff were very friendly too. Parking can take some effort if you arrive by car. The hotel is in a pedestrian area, and there’s a free car park about 100 metres away. We got lucky and took a spot just as someone was leaving, but the lot was otherwise full. Street parking nearby is difficult as well, so allow some time to find a space.

There are only four rooms, which made the stay feel especially personal. The staff were so friendly and took care with every question, and their help led us to some gorgeous places. The room was awesome, with lots of space, high ceilings, a design I liked, and excellent cleaning service. We also had breakfast in the restaurant downstairs, where the atmosphere was great. It was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I’d definitely return.

A lovely place to stop for coffee, a cocktail, or a good glass of wine. The atmosphere is the best part, with light music, comfortable seats, and good lighting. The service is quick and polite, it’s very close to the city center, and the products are fresh and great quality. I haven’t stayed at the hotel, but it looks like the best place to stay in La Laguna.

La Laguna is a really nice place for a holiday, especially in winter when the rest of Europe is miserably cold. The hotel itself is without a doubt the best I’ve ever visited. I can’t think of a single thing to complain about, every aspect you might look for in a hotel was outstanding. I almost shouldn’t leave a review, in case more bookings push the prices up. Highly recommend it.
