The main problem is the lack of service. It’s okay for an overnight stop, but falls short if you’re planning to spend part of your holiday here. Our room looked onto an internal patio, which meant little privacy and not much natural light. There was daily cleaning, air-conditioning, and the Canarian house is beautiful. The tram and a supermarket are nearby. The property description mentioned breakfast, an Italian restaurant, and bar service, but none of these were available. This isn’t a B&B, just an average room rental business. Edit: The owner sent me a WhatsApp message saying my review was wrong. Truly unprofessional and childish.

We had a great stay at this fancy hotel. The owner was very nice and went out of his way to sort out a problem with our reservation through booking.com. Definitely recommend 🙏🏻

Breakfast was great, with local products, fresh fruit, juice, and coffee or tea, and the staff were super friendly :-) There are free parking spots in front of the hotel, and the city center is a 15min walk away. The rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. The interiors are beautiful and elegant, with wooden stairs and handrail, wooden doors, and a piano in the reception hall. A top notch place, everything was excellent. Definitely recommend.

The breakfast was extremely good, and the tram stop is nearby, which made it very convenient. The airport is close, and it’s a 20 minute ride to the beach. It’s a lovely, beautiful home, cosy and comfortable, with a spacious room and terrific bathroom. The windows don’t open, but I was out most of the time, so it wasn’t much of a complaint. I loved the Italian hospitality.

We came back a year later and the hotel was just as great as I remembered, with such warm, friendly hosts. Thanks! On our first visit, we stayed because we had a flight from the nearby Aeroporto Tenerife Norte. They called a taxi for us, and it picked us up three minutes later. The rooms look great, the host was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. If you’re looking for somewhere nearby to eat, Majamon is fantastic 😋
