The pool and its terrace are closed, so there was nowhere to sit outside and enjoy the sunny weather we were having. That was a real letdown. The room itself was clean, the bed comfortable, the free Wi-Fi very good, and it had a bath, just what I needed. Reception staff were friendly, attentive and informative. This seems better suited to people working away from home than to a short break. We drove 20 minutes from Paraiso for two relaxing nights, and learned not to choose based on the rating alone. The only place to eat or drink is a cafe 30 metres from the hotel/motel. Continental breakfast is included there, about 20 metres away, and was okay: coffee, fresh orange juice, and toast with tomato or butter. Enough to get the day started.

Jaun was professional and respectful, with great manners. He made sure we were comfortable and happy throughout, and made our stay feel perfect.

We stayed in a suite for six days and five nights, from August 4th to 9th, and getting around by car was easy. The hotel was spotless, and the pool stayed very clean. Our pet was comfortable as well. Thanks to the management for hosting us, especially Roxana and Astrid for being so kind. I'd like to stay here again if I return to Spain.

The breakfast terrace was nice, parking was very accessible, and the place was clean and quiet despite being next to the main road. The nearest beach is literally a seven-minute drive away. At €150 a night, I expected more. The bathroom wasn't well maintained and breakfast was poor. Pool hours, 10:00-22:00, didn't work well for us. On the last day you can't use the pool and still be sure of getting ready to check out by noon, especially with kids. At this price, there needs to be more.
