The room was huge, well equipped, and very clean, and the bed was one of the best I've slept in. The hotel has a generally upscale feel, which made it odd that there was no coffee in the room. The desk said there was only tea there, and coffee was available in the lobby from 8 a.m. for a couple of euros. That felt a bit of a rip-off for the price we paid. For a road trip, the car park worked well, and even as a very fussy parker I found a spot I could sleep easy about. The entrance has a slightly high curb, so low cars need to approach carefully, though our 911 was fine.

We had large, spotless, well-appointed rooms and free parking right on the premises. The restaurant was excellent, and the Gros neighborhood location is quiet but still within walking distance of the sights, around 10 minutes from the beach. The staff were lovely, warm, and helpful. A great boutique hotel choice.

The staff were genuinely helpful and gave us some great recommendations. The hotel was comfortable, with parking available, and the walk to the old town took about 25-30 minutes. Lovely staff and a very good stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and nice. It was our first time in San Sebastiqn, and this beautiful boutique hotel worked well for us since we could walk to everything.

We liked being able to walk to the city's sights while staying somewhere quiet enough to avoid the crowds. Service was friendly, and they gave us really good recommendations. Parking felt safe, and they were happy to accommodate a low-clearance car when we asked, which we appreciated.
