The apartment was spacious, very clean and had a lovely view. It was well equipped, and the bed was really comfortable. We stayed during a heatwave, so the aircon was very welcome. When the dishwasher stopped working, the maintenance team fixed it straight away. They also changed the linen during our week there, which we hadn’t expected. Staff communicated really well, and we enjoyed our stay.

We loved the apartment and its location for our few days in San Sebastian. The bus into town was frequent, quick and cheap, so we left the car unused during our stay.

The apartment was spotless and peaceful, and it felt like a home away from home for our family of four during a comfortable four-night stay. There was public transport nearby, though we mostly drove. Since it was Easter weekend, not many places close by were open. We did miss having basic cooking things like salt, oil, and baking utensils or paper, and had to manage without them. Still, it was a pleasant, relaxing stay.

The reception team were especially kind, and we really appreciated their hospitality. I was there with my family of four, and the room, view, and general surroundings all felt lovely and safe.

San Sebastian was lovely, even though we got cloudy, rainy weather and wished we could have stayed longer. We spent one night as a family in a two-bedroom apartment and found it clean and practical. Parking was free, and the man at reception was really helpful and focused on guests.
