The toilet paper holder was badly fitted, and there was a little mould in the shower, at least in room 105. The beds were comfortable, though, and it’s very close to the beach.

Donostia is absolutely worth a visit! The hotel is lovely and sits in a really nice spot. Alexander, who runs the place, was such a great help. He gave us detailed tips on where to go around the city, including restaurants, bars, and other places to see. Thanks so much, Alex!

Just a few metres from the beach, this place is a little gem. The rooms are roomy, and having a shared lounge makes the stay more comfortable. It's clean, quiet, and straightforward, with amazing value for the price.

The rooms were really nice, and the location was good. Finding nearby parking was difficult, though, and there's no breakfast option.

The shared room with the view was handy for having coffee or getting some laptop work done. There was drinking water there too, and they replaced the hand towels every day. We found the hotel child friendly, which mattered to us since we were traveling with our daughter. The beach, old town, and shopping street were all close by, so the location worked really well for us. Alex was always smiling and helped with all our questions, then stored our luggage on the last day. The gentleman who welcomed us on Sunday was helpful too, though I’m sorry I can’t remember his name. We had what we needed for a lovely trip. Thanks a million 🤍
