We were so stressed during check-in because nobody picked up our messages or calls, even after check-in time. Other guests couldn't find a way in either. Luckily, we came across someone who used to work there, and she explained what to do. A terrible check-in experience.

A really terrible check-in. The person responsible for the property ignored our messages and calls both before and after the check-in time.

The room was spacious and the location was great. My two complaints were the shared bathroom and the bed, which creaked loudly whenever you moved.

There’s plenty of room in the bright bedrooms, and they have closets, new comfortable beds, and balconies overlooking the river and city center. The dining room and large bathroom are shared between four rooms. Service was friendly and attentive, and the price felt fair for what you get. The guesthouse is cozy and elegant, and conveniently placed for the city center.
