The room and beds were fine for the low price, but the cleanliness was awful. Most of our sheets were yellow, and one bed had what two people in my group smelled and confirmed was human feces. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this place at all costs.

Rooms are cleaned daily, the bathrooms are looked after, and the cleaning lady is nice. The location is also great, right in the middle of old town San Sebastián among all the great Pintxos bars, and the price works well if you’re only staying a few nights. But the beds were hard and so uncomfortable that I left earlier than planned. The walls are thin, and the gap under the door lets you hear everything. People came in loudly after drinking or made noise early in the morning.

For the price, this place is worth it if you just need somewhere to sleep. The room is a bit small, but it has the basics and the toilets are cleaned every day. Ventilation was the drawback, since we had to open the balcony door.

Good place, and the man at reception was good too.

A comfortable stay, with a perfect spot for exploring the bars and pintxos.
