There’s a lovely fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a 50" smart TV, and a newly renovated luxury bathroom. The rooms are spacious and open onto a beautiful terrace, with beds measuring 1.80m and 1.50m. The location is excellent for getting to the old town, Gros beach, La Concha beach, Victoria Eugenia Theatre, Kursaal, and the boulevard.

The apartment is comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated, with very comfortable beds. A large terrace opens off the living room and both bedrooms. It’s in an unbeatable spot beside the Old Town, close to the famous pintxos and Gros beach for surfing, as well as La Concha beach. Highly recommended.

The apartment has been completely renovated and has an excellent terrace. Several tourist attractions are nearby, including Kursal, the beaches, Hotel M. Cristina, Victoria Eugenia Theatre, Bretxa Market, and City Hall.
