The stay was generally unpleasant, with serious problems with the electricity. The differential circuit breaker kept tripping, so we had no hot water, and it took two full days for anyone to come and inspect it. The problem continued while the engineer was there, which made it clear it wasn’t caused by anything we had plugged in. Some outlets hadn’t worked from the beginning either, suggesting deeper electrical issues. The engineer also smelled of alcohol and walked into the apartment with his shoes on, even though our children were barefoot.

It was quiet and tidy, with good connections by tram, bus, and metro. Westfield la Maquinista Mall and Diagonal Mar Mall are both about 3 km away.

Check-in was meant to start at 3 PM, but at 4:15 the cleaners were still in the apartment. The door code they gave us was wrong, support didn’t respond, and they threatened to cancel the reservation because their payment system was down. It ruined the vacation before we’d even checked in. The whole place was the worst-organized hotel spot I’ve experienced.

We told them we’d arrive in Barcelona early and were assured check-in would be at 3 PM. The cleaning service still hadn’t cleared the apartment, though, and didn’t leave until around 4:30. Horrible service.

My family and I stayed for two weeks and had an amazing view, plus a nearby car park. The apartments were very clean, immaculate, and luxurious. Perfect experience, highly recommended 👌
