The room stayed cool even on very hot days because the aircon blew properly cold air. It was large and clean, with a big balcony and a walk-in rain shower. Towels were changed daily and the room was cleaned every day. Guests can also use the great pool facilities at neighbouring Hotel Tropical. The Hostal is in a great location. We’ll be back ✌🏻

I felt unsafe and left after a staff member tried to enter my room drunk at 2 am while I was sleeping. I told him to go away, but he stayed outside my door and wouldn’t leave. He was in charge of the hostal, which made his behaviour especially concerning. I don’t know what he intended by trying to get into guests’ rooms after drinking, but after 10 years of staying in Ibiza I’d never experienced anything like it, and knew it wasn’t right. My first impression had been okay: the rooms were clean and spacious. I’d booked hostal cervantes because of the previous 5* reviews, but I don’t recommend it. In my experience, avoid hostals near the westend strip and stick to bigger chains like vibra or azuline, which feel a bit more secure.

The room was nice, with a comfortable balcony and a great bathroom, and the staff were super friendly. Everything we needed was a short walk away, including a supermarket, kebab shop, beach and bus station. The only thing that bothered us a little was that the aircon wasn’t as cold as we’d have liked. Otherwise, the room was great.

The room was comfortable, the place was clean, and the location was good for the price. What really made our four nights in mid-June 2024, though, was how helpful the reception team were with all our requests, even keeping things in the fridge. Big thanks to everyone, especially Jordi, who was so kind and made the stay feel special. I was there with my friend Aline at the Cervantes hostel. Better late than never to leave a review 🥰.
