This made an excellent base for us, and on balance it’s really good value for money. It’s tucked into a residential area, but there’s a small beach 350 metres away where people watch the sunset. From there you can walk along Sunset strip past Mambos into town, or take the streets. The bus station is a 12-minute walk away. There are small shops nearby, a huge supermarket about 10 minutes away on foot, and a pharmacy on the corner. I went in October 2025. The apartment was a little tired and sparse, though it had everything we needed. The lounge socket came out of the wall whenever we unplugged something. The shower would suddenly run boiling hot, even when no other tap was in use. A thin blanket would have been useful in October, especially on the days with lots of rain. There’s no hairdryer, so be prepared for that. I went at the end of the season, when a few other older people were there too. It was a mix of very young and old, and everyone was welcome. There are some pluses and minuses, but I’d stay again.

The pool was great for us, especially with an outdoor bar so we didn’t have to keep going inside. The food was SO nice, a pleasant surprise, and all the staff were lovely and helpful. This family-run place worked really well for our girls’ holiday to Ibiza. The self-catering rooms were nicely set up and had enough space for the three of us. We’d definitely come back. We had the best time here. The staff are so lovely and there whenever you need them. The hotel deserves more stars than it has. I’d definitely book again!

The pool area stays fairly quiet and is clean and comfortable. Our room was clean, had what we needed for a short break, and the shower was great. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the noise from some guests coming back in the early hours. That’s on them, not the hotel.
