Hostal Horizonte

We stayed for two nights, and the night receptionist was really kind. Still, I have to give it two stars because our belongings were stolen from the luggage storage room. My jewellery was taken, and my friend lost perfume, shoes, and face creams. We’ll report it to the police and hope we can get some money back.

It’s inexpensive, easy to reach, and close to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. I’d recommend it, though having a mini fridge for food and drinks would be really nice.

It’s very clean and quiet, I mean VERY CLEAN, more so than other places I’ve stayed. The room gets cleaned daily except on weekends, and the whole place is pleasant and tidy. The flowers around the building smell lovely at night, and the AC works perfectly. A fridge in the room would make it the best place to stay, and a cafeteria or somewhere to get breakfast would make it even better.

A good, peaceful location with bars, restaurants, and the beach all an easy walk away. The hotel itself is basic and fairly priced. Reception is staffed around the clock, and they were useful for things like arranging taxis. The beds weren’t comfortable, though, and the shower curtain was awful. The hotel bar was closed the whole time, which was a letdown. I’d probably stay again.
