Sa Clau

The service stood out, from the WhatsApp communication to how well looked after we felt from arrival right through to leaving. Our room had a safe, free water, tea and coffee, and air con. It was clean, and the shower had great pressure. The sea view was picturesque even on a cloudy day, and the location was amazing. It exceeded what we expected, and we'll definitely be back.

I stayed one night in April 26'. There was no hot water the next morning, and although the hotel advertises air-conditioning, I was told after checking that it wasn't available. Parking was also advertised on several common booking platforms, but when I arrived there were only a couple of spaces, usually already taken, and they can only be booked through the hotel's own website. The desk staff said it wasn't their problem and that I should speak to the booking company. The customer service was very poor.

The room was fabulous, and the location was perfect. Everyone on the team was so helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great couple of nights, I'll definitely stay again, probably within a few months!

Juliana and Leo at reception were so friendly and helpful. I loved every moment at Hotel Sa Clau by Mambo. The room was excellent and right in the centre of Sant Antonio. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
