The staff really helped when I lost my sunglasses at a nearby sushi restaurant. After I called and went back and forth with the restaurant, they went to pick them up, and I collected them at reception the next morning. I was grateful for their kindness and service. We had a fantastic stay at Urban Stic Hotel in Ibiza. The room was comfortable and well equipped, and the rooftop pool was a highlight, with a stunning view and a lovely place to unwind. Great location and amenities too. I'd definitely recommend Stick Urban Hotel to anyone visiting Ibiza.

It was raining today, so my 13-year-old daughter and I looked for a spa we could enjoy together. The place had a really friendly feel, and the other guests were friendly too. We booked two hours and were so glad we did. There were changing rooms and showers, plus water and tea. It cost 30€ each for the two hours.

The spa was lovely, and the rooms were kept really clean. Breakfast was nice too. The hotel is cute and chic, with bars and restaurants nearby, and the port is a five-minute walk away for affordable water taxis to the beautiful beaches. The staff were so friendly and attentive, and nothing felt like too much trouble. I've never had better service at a hotel and can't recommend it enough.

I had a good-sized room with a balcony. Housekeeping was quick and did a great job. The front desk staff were welcoming, attentive and helpful. I was able to check in early, which was a bonus, and they easily handled all my requests during the stay.

On a grey day in Ibiza, I went to Urban stick spa in San Antonio. Alberto gave me a 30-minute back massage, which I'd highly recommend. The spa is beautiful and feels like a little step into relaxation right in the middle of town.
