My partner could enjoy the food despite her gluten intolerance, and we found it really good. The staff were warm and friendly, and the hotel was very comfortable. It's especially convenient if you're driving. Public transport links are good too, though depending on which one you take, you may have up to a 15-minute walk.

The location is a long way from the city center, which makes it inconvenient for tourists. Breakfast doesn't start until after 8 AM, and there's no dinner service on weekends. I was told that's because the hotel mainly caters to business clients. Room service only has cold dishes. The room itself was okay and clean. Day staff were acceptable, but the night shift staff were rude and awful with customers. I've never encountered such unprofessional night cafe staff, and it made me wonder how they were trained. Tourists should think twice before booking.

It's about a kilometer and a half to a mall with restaurants and a supermarket, and a little farther to the metro. The hotel is nice and clean, with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Business travelers keep it busy during the week, while weekends tend to be quieter. 🚆

The area doesn't feel very safe, and there is a security person at the breakfast entrance every morning. The room was large and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the service was friendly and helpful. Plenty of free parking too.
