What really stood out was the staff’s honesty. We left an envelope with a significant amount of money behind when we were leaving the apartment. They searched every part of the place until they found it and returned it to us. Our host was polite, professional, and ready to answer our questions. The suite was spotless and comfortable, and its location made exploring easy. Plaza de España was just a few minutes away on foot. We had a perfect stay at Dock 1 Suites, and would wholeheartedly recommend it. The staff’s professionalism and the cleanliness, comfort, and proximity to the center all exceeded our expectations.

The owners were very friendly, the location was convenient, and the mattress was really comfortable. We stayed for nine days in early March and enjoyed the vacation, but our choice of apartment was unfortunate. We were in apartment #11, which felt like a basement. It was on the ground floor, with frosted street-facing windows and a tiny enclosed patio with an empty flowerpot. There was no sunlight at all, and even in daytime it was uncomfortable to be there without the lights on. I’m not claustrophobic, but I felt very uneasy. You can’t tell exactly which apartment you’re booking, since there were no photos of ours anywhere. The apartments look modern, but they weren’t comfortable. The washing machine was broken and there were ants, and those problems were only partly dealt with.

Everything felt quite new and was well equipped. The apartment is right in the center, with lots of restaurants nearby, including a vegan takeaway and a specialty coffee shop. We’ll definitely come back.

We’ll definitely book this place again on a future Tenerife trip. It’s a brand new apartment with a modern, innovative design, and the furniture was high quality. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. There were also some thoughtful welcome touches in the kitchen. The person we contacted was kind and attentive throughout.
