A welcoming place, with a friendly team and a nice atmosphere.

The low price makes more sense after staying here. The apartment felt a little worn, and we waited for the manager to replace a terrace light bulb. We left without it being changed, and we're still waiting. Getting around the island isn't ideal either, since the place is at one end and the road there is long and winding. We won't return.

The apartment was in poor shape: the kitchen utensils were very subpar, the cleanliness was lacking, and the bed linens had stains that looked like blood. Showering was difficult because the water pressure was almost nonexistent, and it got even worse when the hot water ran out. We travel on a budget, but haven't run into this many problems before. We won't come back and can't recommend it. The trouble started at arrival. The reception area was being renovated, and nobody had told us. There was no one there, and it took a while to reach anyone by phone. My partner booked through Booking.com, and I'm surprised by the resort's responses to reviews. They seem to take no responsibility and lash out at customers who complain.

Winter prices are hard to beat, and this is a quiet spot for a weekend away. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and utensils, and we were given a complimentary bottle of cava. The shower could be better, and the heating doesn't spread warmth very well. Still, everything else was fine, and it works well for a short break.
