The room was cleaned every day, and the cleaners work so hard. The staff were lovely and friendly, and the entertainment team were great with the kids. The fire dancers were the best, wow, so good! They could change up the songs a bit, though, because the same mini disco tunes played a lot and got stuck in my head. Would definitely visit again.

The biggest drawback for us was the quiet evenings. There’s only a small choice of restaurants and nowhere much to walk to or shop, so if you want an evening stroll, meal and drink, somewhere else would suit better. If you’re after somewhere very quiet, this place is fine. We went self-catering for a week in July 2025 with my 12-year-old son. We tried the buffet once for breakfast and once for dinner, and it was standard three-star food, so I was glad we chose self-catering. The room had very basic facilities, just a microwave, two-ring hob and few utensils. Staff were very friendly and the room was cleaned well, but the bedroom air conditioning was poor and it got hot at night. There’s a nice adults-only pool, a little splash park and a main pool that isn’t very big and can get crowded. The animation team seemed to make a good effort. The beach is very close and nice enough, though there are clearer and nicer ones elsewhere.

The children had a great time, and the hotel facilities for them were good. I was leading an all-inclusive family trip for nine adults and six children through Jet2. I complained several times that the hot food was being served cold, and staff were openly mixing freshly cooked food with cold food during meal times. When nothing really changed, we ate out for main meals and relied on the cold selection and pool snack bar for the others. The Jet2 customer helper rep was useless. The hotel director listened, but I didn’t see any action. I don’t know why the other guests put up with it.

Every child we saw seemed happy, which makes sense with an activity pool for younger children, a main pool for older kids and things to do for all ages. The adults-only pool area is for guests 16 and over and is peaceful and restful. The food and range of dishes were splendid, and the quality deserves credit. We’ve stayed with many holiday providers, and this was among the best. Rooms were comfortable and well kept, and reception staff were knowledgeable and ready to help. I’d suggest asking reception before arranging trips away from the hotel. The bus was cheap and on time when we used it, €2.90 one way to Eivissa, a lovely, clean city with lots of cultural attractions. The whole staff seemed keen to make our holiday as good as possible. We’ve just had a splendid week at BR, and I don’t often give straight fives. Thanks for top-class service.
