Amare Beach Hotel Ibiza

Getting around the island was easy from here. A water taxi crosses the bay to the main part of San Antonio quickly, there are nearby bus stops for other areas, and it’s a 40-50 minute walk on foot. The hotel itself has plenty of comfortable places to relax, including a rooftop bar that’s perfect for sunset. Our room was beautifully decorated, and the spacious pool area has lots of seating and three pools. The resident DJs were fabulous, and every staff member we met was incredibly friendly. We came for our anniversary, and there’s a great choice of packages to make a trip special. Pavel was quick to reply to my emails and very helpful. The food and drinks were exceptional, and the breakfast buffet was among the best we’ve had. I can’t fault the place; it’s set the bar for our future holidays. We’ll definitely be back.

The rooftop photos I took just before and after sunset capture a local singer and DJ playing great tunes. We’ve stayed at Amare three times now, this time for 10 nights, and we enjoyed every minute again. The bay views are gorgeous, and the artwork around the property gives it a stylish, thoughtful feel. The hotel was spotless, and the service was top notch. Fabio and Reyes took great care of us around the restaurant and bar. Breakfast had loads to choose from, and Pallou made delicious omelettes with a smile every morning. Jose Aontonio cooked the fish and meat perfectly and took care with the presentation. By the pool, Oriol was chatty and polite, making sure we had sun beds, towels and everything else we needed. It’s always a pleasure staying here, and we’ll return.

The pool is my favorite part: it’s spotless, there’s always a sun bed, and you can press a button to have staff come take your order. The breakfast selection is amazing, and the room was really nice and clean. We asked for twin beds, and housekeeping came within half an hour of check-in to arrange them. The hotel was fantastic from arrival, the staff were always friendly and kept the place clean throughout the day. I have no faults at all. We’ll be back next year.

The best part of this stay was how cared for I felt. I had a fever for a day, and Monica made me ginger tea with honey and checked that I was okay. She made me feel at home, like family, and that meant a lot while I was far from home. She was so caring and made sure my needs were looked after with a smile. The hotel felt very clean and calm from the lobby to the rooms. We were welcomed from the moment we arrived, and the housekeepers were friendly, smiling and warm every day. The DJ played really good music. It was a lovely, relaxing escape, with beautiful surroundings and a peaceful poolside atmosphere. Everything felt well designed and quiet, just right if you like quiet luxury.
