For a four-star property, our stay fell a long way short of what we expected, despite the very positive reviews that led us to book. The room furniture was dated, the beds kept sliding apart, and housekeeping never actually cleaned even when we put out the sign. They only left a few towels. The poorly maintained kitchenette caused a power outage when we switched on the toaster, and the hallway lights didn't work. The coffee machine in the room took capsules sold at reception for €3 each. That's unacceptable when coffee and tea are usually complimentary in four-star hotels. Breakfast was à la carte, with only a few very basic choices, and the fruit selection was laughable. The accommodation wasn't cheap, in fact it was far too expensive for what we got, so the value for money was extremely disappointing. The staff also left a poor impression: they seemed untrained and uninterested in talking with guests. I sincerely hope this feedback helps management improve the service, because right now the hotel doesn't meet the standards it advertises. Best wishes.

We had a pleasant stay in a quiet area. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the gentleman at reception was kind and had a positive vibe. He actually reminded me of a good friend. We thought the room was amazing: it had a fridge, coffee machine, small kitchen area with an electric cooker, and a large, comfortable bed. The clean bathroom had everything we needed, even toothbrushes. The balcony looked out toward the front of the hotel, and the view was great. The room smelled nice, or at least there was nothing odd about it. Friendly staff, clean room and bathroom, and a great experience. Five stars. Thank you!

The woman at reception was very rude. The room was never cleaned, and I always had to ask for cleaning and towels. Wouldn't recommend.

The food was the best we had, and lots of Spanish locals eat at the restaurant, which always feels like a good sign. The restaurant staff are lovely, and the whole team is friendly and incredibly helpful. The rooms are lovely, and everything is spotless and well kept. It's quiet but still close to the action, with a great location. Looking forward to staying again. Thank you 🙏🙏😊😊

A really nice, straightforward stay: comfortable, clean, safe, and friendly, without anything extravagant. The location is perfect, just five minutes from the airport. I took bus 14 to the old town, which was about seven minutes; walking at an easy pace would take a good 20 to 30 minutes. I also asked for a late checkout and was happy they could provide it. A very good experience.
