Los Felices Ibiza

The atmosphere, food and drinks were all incredible at this gorgeous fashion hotel. It has sophisticated, artistic vintage Miami vibes, and I’d highly recommend staying here. Julio at the hotel desk was exceptional and sorted out our room without any trouble. Every staff member was professional and went above and beyond, and the lovely cleaning team kept the rooms tidy. Los Felices, I’ll certainly stay here again.

The pool was huge and comfortable, and both the cocktails and food were delicious. We spent three days at Los Felices, where the atmosphere was spectacular. The waiters were attentive and respectful, though the woman at the bar cashier in a different shirt, who I assume was the supervisor, was unfriendly and even shouted at a waiter in front of us.

The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our week here. My girlfriend and I loved the atmosphere, pools and presentation of the place, and the service was great. Our room was exceptional too. We'd both happily stay again.

Once I had checked out of Los Felices Ibiza, I realized I’d left a personal item in the room. I contacted the hotel right away. They first said they’d look into it, then confirmed the item was there and told me to arrange a courier to send it home. I booked FedEx and gave the hotel the pickup date and time, which they confirmed. After the scheduled pickup, the hotel said the package was on its way, but FedEx sent me no updates. I had to chase the hotel several times and got vague, conflicting replies. Eventually, they said the package had been returned to them opened and without the item. FedEx later confirmed to me that the hotel had not handed any package to the courier. To me, this leaves the conclusion that staff kept telling me they had done everything correctly when they had not. Each new person I spoke with gave a slightly different account, and it seemed no one was tracking the issue. Management showed no accountability. In the end, the hotel stopped replying, saying they weren’t liable and had done everything right. My item is permanently lost, and I attribute that to their incompetence and lack of accountability. The hotel's design may look charming and make for nice Instagram photos, but that was all I got out of the stay. Once you’ve checked out, it seems they no longer care: there was no effort to put things right or even basic courtesy. I was deeply disappointed from start to finish, and wouldn’t trust Los Felices with my money or time. There are plenty of other hotels in Ibiza.
