We felt looked after from the minute we arrived. Giancarlo and Andrea were a big reason why: both were warm and professional, and their personal attention made our stay feel special. Giancarlo kept things running smoothly and was always ready to help, while Andrea made sure we were comfortable and shared thoughtful recommendations. It’s unusual to find service that feels so sincere. They made a real difference, and we’d happily come back. Highly recommended!

Getting to the bars and clubs, the beach, and even the Old Town was easy. The Old Town is about a 45-minute walk, with lovely places to eat and historic buildings to see. We also had a little kitchenette for making our own meals, and the pool was nice for a swim or some sunbathing. The reception team were friendly and helpful, and the cleaners did a great job when we put the sign out, though it can blow away. It was a good, no-fuss option for a low-cost stay. The showers were the one annoyance, since the temperature kept switching between hot and cold.

We were able to check out early, then spend the rest of the day by the pool and use the showers before our flight. The staff were extremely friendly at both check-in and check-out. Our clean room had everything we needed, including utensils, and the hotel is right on the downtown strip.

Everything was a great experience. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the customer service was lovely. The location worked perfectly too, on a nice strip with everything within walking distance, no more than 5-8 minutes away.
