We used this as an affordable place to sleep while spending most of our time out, and it worked well for that. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and spacious, with a good fridge, usable kitchen basics, two sofa beds and a lovely recently updated bathroom with a great shower. The beds and towels were changed twice during our week, though there never seemed to be enough sheets for the sofa beds. Bedrooms had foam mattresses and just one rail for clothes. There was no bedroom AC, but the powerful unit in the living room cooled the whole place, which was a big relief in the 36-degree heat. WiFi was free but patchy. We were a family of four with two small children at the end of August. Our request to avoid the ground floor was followed, and we got a third-floor room. There are no lifts, so hauling bags and a buggy up and down the stairs took several trips and was hard work. Check-in is at the front of the site, which closes at night; the woman there seemed more focused on her phone call than us and spoke only basic English. We had no complaints to raise, though. The pool is a decent size and the site was basic but clean. Quite a few tiles are missing and it could use maintenance. There aren't many loungers, and the rooms beside the pool can be very close to other balconies, sometimes less than two metres away. We only used the pool once, at another site, and were glad not to have a ground-floor room with young kids. Sa Coma and S'illot are among the island's nicest resorts. We liked the local Spanish bars and restaurants in S'illot, away from Sa Coma's tourist crowds. Both nearby beaches are good for snorkeling around the rocky edges. This is a solid, basic apartment, around 3.5 out of 5, but anyone after luxury should look elsewhere.

The bar's draft beer was just 2 EUR, which was a lovely bonus. We also liked the pretty garden, terrace and pool, and the beach is an easy walk away. The apartment was roomy enough and very good value; it felt a little cold during our off-season visit, though I imagine that would be comfortable in summer heat. Staff were friendly and helped with what we needed, including a broken fire alarm and extra blankets. Bring your own cooking utensils and dishwashing liquid if you plan to make meals. We'd happily stay again.

For what it cost, this was probably one of the best places I stayed in Mallorca. The apartment was spacious and pleasant, with air conditioning, a fridge and a TV, plus a pool outside. The beach takes a bit of walking to reach, but it's still nearby. Reception staff were friendly; the housekeeping women were a bit interesting.

A five-minute walk gets you to the beach, and families have a playground as well as a nice pool. The rooms are roomy and stay comfortable even when it's hot outside. Cleaning was only mediocre, though, and there wasn't any soap or similar when we arrived. A kettle isn't included in the apartment, and hiring one costs 10 Euros plus a 5 Euros deposit.
