I loved being able to take fruit or water from the lobby, and the breakfast was amazing. They remembered my preferences every morning. I slept wonderfully in the comfortable bed, and the owners and staff were kind and accommodating. It was my first solo trip, but I felt right at home in this wonderful hotel when I stayed in June 2025. My Canarian room was beautiful, with a balcony and access to the garden. The cats were one of the main reasons I chose the hotel, since they help me feel at ease, and they certainly did. I got lots of cuddles and cozy visits. The garden was beautifully maintained, and I loved relaxing on the terrace and enjoying the ocean views. The hotel is in a relatively quiet part of town, but everything is easy to reach on foot.

Santa Cruz is gorgeous, with some amazing restaurants. We found several favorites and will definitely be back. The hotel is a lovely little gem, small, friendly and very boutique. Our typical canary room was spacious, had a great shower and a beautiful old wooden balcony. There’s a roof terrace where you can relax, read or have a drink, plus fresh drinking water and an honesty bar. Tea, coffee, fruit and cake are available throughout the day, and breakfast with home produce was excellent. Bernard the owner and the staff were wonderful and really helpful. The building sits above the old town, but there’s an elevator from near the bus station up to the hotel level, which makes luggage easier to manage. From there, you can catch a bus to anywhere on the island.

The courtyard was so beautiful and cozy, and breakfast was excellent. Thanks for the perfect accommodation and kind staff. We’ll definitely come back next year.

A charming little hotel with really comfortable rooms and good beds. Breakfast was really good, and the owners and staff were lovely. As a cat lover, I especially enjoyed the two sweet cats.

There are open areas where you can sit and work or have something from the minibar. The rooms are amazing, and the hotel as a whole is, too. The people were very nice. I strongly recommend it.
