We had a lovely stay and I’d definitely come back. The room was spacious, looked out over the plaza, and had comfortable beds and a lovely big bathroom. The only thing I missed was tea and coffee facilities.

Our room was very clean, and the staff were so friendly. The hotel is right in the center of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, very close to the port. I’d like to stay there again next time.

It’s a great spot, right on a beautiful square in Santa Cruz, but I won’t be back. Our room was tiny, even though the bathroom was large. The bed might as well have been put in the bathroom...!!! We had no view, and more importantly, no air conditioning..!! I don’t know how anyone could sleep there in summer.

Nothing fancy, but I’d stay again in a heartbeat. The beds were comfortable, the showers were hot and strong, and the staff were really kind and friendly.

Everyone was welcoming, and the staff always greeted me when I came in. Breakfast at the Plaza was fine, with the usual cooked and continental options, and I had a great stay. My small double was perfectly adequate. The shower was the one nuisance: it was fixed to the wall and about 10 cm shorter than me, so I had to duck.
