There’s a lot of potential here, but the apartment needs more attention to cleanliness. The shared spaces were neglected, including the sun lounger area, sports field, and the “gym.” Such a shame.

We’re in apartment 813, and it’s clean and everything works. The view is beautiful, and the location and surroundings make up for one room having no windows. You have to sleep with its door open to the hallway. The whole complex is built against the rock, so adding a window probably isn’t technically possible.

The view is gorgeous, and the building sits right by the water, in a quiet, private spot. There’s also a large parking area behind a remote-controlled gate. I can see the appeal of the location, kitchen, and bathroom, which had everything needed. Those parts deserve praise. But I stayed in apartment 813, and I’m writing this so it can be better prepared next time. The listing doesn’t mention that one bedroom has no ventilation at all. Nobody used it because of the bad smell, and the beds are stacked. The other bedroom’s sliding door was stuck, so that room had no ventilation either and smelled bad too. The linens were assorted colors and seemed old. The other couple slept on the sofa bed in the living room. There was dust everywhere. I noticed it clearly in the bathtub during the first shower, when the wet dust spread across it. Is that really how you prepare a room for guests? When we raised some problems after arriving, the owner Maribel said that if we weren’t happy, we could leave because it was her house. Seriously? That attitude was shameful. I personally wouldn’t recommend staying with this owner. Maybe another owner would keep the place cleaner and in better shape. We had the whole island to explore, so although the view is gorgeous, it didn’t help much.
