Emblematico F24 Only Adults B&B

I spent three nights here and was really pleased with my choice. The hotel was modern, very clean, and quiet, which mattered a lot to me. The location was great too. Federica, the receptionist, gave me a warm, friendly welcome. I felt very safe and comfortable, and would recommend the hotel especially to women traveling solo.

The rooftop pool was small and charming, and being adults-only made it easy to relax, especially with jet lag. The hotel itself is beautiful, with comfortable beds and fantastic pressure in the rainfall shower. The shampoo, lotion, soap, and other products smelled amazing. It's an ideal spot for walking to restaurants and groceries and getting around the city. I picked the north for its more relaxed feel. A car is pretty much essential, though there are a few nearby parking lots. I was glad I rented mine at Tenerife's north airport. The restaurant suggestions were excellent and just a short walk away. Try Los Tres Teniques and order the local fish. I'm so happy I stayed here for my time in Tenerife.

The owner and the workers were rude. Even though I'd paid in full, they wanted my credit card as a guarantee. The owner told me, "It's your choice, you booked through booking.com." So why list the hotel on booking.com in the first place? I'd stay a mile away from this place and its rude behavior.

Federica at reception deserves a big thank you. She was incredibly welcoming and friendly, shared great tips on the town and places to visit, and was genuinely lovely to talk with. The hotel was elegant, relaxing, and comfortable, and every part of our stay was perfect. The rooms were clean, and the rooftop pool and terrace were gorgeous. Its location made it easy to explore Santa Cruz, with lots of great spots for food and drinks nearby. I can't wait to come back.
