We spent a few days learning, unwinding, and enjoying time together as a family, and I’ll hold onto those memories. We were in the area because I was taking a soap-making course, and Posada de Oscos turned out to be just right for us. Inés greeted us so warmly, with a delicious homemade cake waiting when we arrived. She was friendly and welcoming throughout. The inn is cozy, very clean, and has a rustic feel that makes it easy to disconnect. The surrounding Asturian countryside is spectacular, with lovely places to walk, relax, and breathe fresh air. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Posada de Oscos. Thanks, Inés, for making it so special! 💚🌿

The landlady was very attentive, and the place is well equipped in an idyllic setting. A practical note if you’re planning to cook: there aren’t many supermarkets nearby. We went to Fonsagrada, where there was a Covirán and a Día, so it’s worth shopping before you arrive. There are no bars in Ventoso either. The closest ones are 5 km away, in Santa Eulalia de Oscos.

The house has a warm, rustic feel and is a charming, cozy place to stay. We loved how the hospitality and care showed in every corner. With the peaceful green countryside all around, it’s easy to enjoy the fresh air, unwind by the fireplace, and get away from everyday stress. A lovely little rural hideaway for slowing down and reconnecting with what matters.

We’ll be back. It’s a beautiful apartment surrounded by nature, peaceful and quiet, yet just 10 minutes from Santa Eulalia de Oscos. The woman who welcomed us was so kind. She gave us tips on places we wanted to visit and greeted us with a delicious homemade cake.
