Hotel Anfora Ibiza

I didn't stay at the hotel, but visited friends who were there during our trip. I can't comment on the food, bar or service, but their room and the cleanliness of the hotel impressed me enough to write this. The place was immaculate and smelled like a spa when you entered and in the hallways. Their room was on the third floor, room 321, and we hung out there several times during our stay in Es Cana. It was very spacious, with lots of closet space, plenty of privacy, two balconies and a separate sitting area. I really regret booking at AluaSoul instead. I thought I'd never visit Ibiza again, but if someone I know goes, I'll definitely suggest this hotel.

The laid-back Ibiza vibe really comes through here. The pools are relaxed, with great sunbeds, and breakfast and dinner are both great. The rooms are clean, the beds are great, and the view is the best ever. They refill everything for free, the air conditioning is great, and there's a nice fridge. Daily cleaning is top-notch. A really nice hotel with friendly staff, and I'm sure I'll be back.

Even the hotel’s scent had clearly been thought through. The staff, especially Peter, were lovely, and the food and rooms were great. Such a lovely Ibiza experience.

The staff were kind, but that was about the only thing we liked. For us the place felt like an overbooked all-inclusive, though at least it was clean. We stayed three nights, and I wouldn't recommend it unless you enjoy being disappointed every day. The photos made the hotel look much better than it was. Every morning, garbage trucks and street noise woke us, even though our room didn't face the main road. We could also hear someone in the next room coughing. Breakfast was the biggest letdown. Reviews called it excellent, but we got reheated white bread, poor cheese, and coffee so bad that even a basic capsule machine would have seemed wonderful. We gave up after the first day and ate breakfast at other restaurants instead.
