The hotel’s in a great spot and breakfast was good. The room cleaning wasn’t, and the bathroom towels had a weird smell. It’s a good option for disabled guests, especially with the elevator, parking space, and ramps.

The room wasn’t properly soundproofed. I could hear my neighbor on the phone and watching TV each evening, and people nearby were shouting late into the night, sometimes until 4 am. Smoke from someone smoking on the balcony also came into my room. The shuttle bus wasn’t available and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. Please correct the hotel description. I left tired and disappointed after a very noisy stay.

On the morning I checked in, my key card didn’t work, and a maintenance employee used a master key to enter without waiting for me to open the door. It felt odd at the time. That evening, November 2, 2025, I came back from dinner and found a maintenance employee in my room without my knowledge or permission. My belongings had clearly been touched, my wallet had been moved, and €200 in cash was missing. I reported it to the front desk right away. They said there was no manager on duty and told me to come back the next day. The manager’s response the following morning was shockingly dismissive and unprofessional. He tried to present an employee entering a guest’s room unsupervised as “standard practice.” I can’t emphasize enough how alarming that is, especially after check-in. Given what happened and the hotel’s refusal to take it seriously, I filed a formal police report in Gran Canaria. Management showed no urgency, accountability, or concern for guest safety. I travel frequently, and I’ve never felt as unsafe, dismissed, or disrespected as I did here. This was frightening and violating, and the hotel failed at the basic responsibility of keeping guests safe. I’d urge anyone, especially solo travelers, to think twice. No stay is worth feeling unsafe in your own room.

Breakfast is good, and there’s a pool and gym. It’s about a 10 minute drive from the airport, with the GC-1 very close by. That also makes it pretty noisy, and there’s a gas station next door. Feels more like a business hotel.
