It’s a bit old-fashioned, so I’d give it 4 out of 5, but it’s good value for money. The receptionist spoke English well, and the location is decent, in the middle of Gran Canaria and close to the airport, shops, and good, inexpensive local restaurants. Give it a go if you’re watching your spending.

We arrived late, but the manager was totally fine about it. The place was clean and comfortable, and we had a great stay. I’d happily come back and would recommend it.

I was in Gran Canaria for three days for work, and the accommodation turned out to be the best part. Esther was attentive and thoughtful about every detail. The apartment had a complete bathroom and kitchen, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning, a spacious living and dining room, and very comfortable beds. There were TVs in both the living room and bedroom. Free parking nearby was easy, and supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants are close. I’ve stayed several times and will definitely return.

We booked at the last minute after having trouble with another place, and my partner and I were delighted with our weekend stay. The area was super quiet, and we slept wonderfully in the incredibly comfortable bed. The apartment was spotless, thanks to the cleaning staff, and Esther was friendly throughout and recommended places to eat nearby. There was free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room, a large flat-screen TV plus a smaller one in the bedroom, and a spacious shower. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the apartment itself was bright and spacious. Excellent value for money, definitely worth it.
