BQ Sarah Hotel - Adults Only

The staff's cheerful, welcoming attitude made this a lovely stay. They were always happy to help, and every interaction felt pleasant. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, though the bathroom got a little stuffy because it had no ventilation. That was a small drawback in an otherwise great visit. I'd recommend the hotel and would be glad to come back.

The hotel is in a handy spot near shops, transport and tourist attractions, and we’ll definitely stay again. We made good friends there, and it felt like a little gem. The restaurant, reception, bar, kitchen and cleaning teams all work incredibly hard to keep things running smoothly. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and no request seemed to be a problem. The food was cooked perfectly, the service was wonderful and the atmosphere was just right. I can hardly believe it’s only a three-star hotel.

The pool area is lovely, and everyone on staff was so friendly. We also liked the location, an easy stroll to the beach and the gorgeous promenade into the heart of Can Picafort. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. Our room was basic but spotlessly clean every day. There was a handy little fridge, though no tea or coffee. We'd stay again.

The food was the one bright spot, with a surprisingly good selection and taste. The rest of my stay at BQ Sarah Hotel in Can Picafort was disappointing. €20 disappeared from my wallet while I was out. It had been in the room, and was gone when I came back. I can't say for certain what happened, but I am sure it was there before I left. That left me worried about security and trust, since guests should be able to leave their things in the room and feel safe. The front desk staff also came across as unfriendly and unhelpful, adding to the discomfort. Good food alone couldn't make up for the experience, and I can't recommend staying here unless guest security and staff hospitality improve significantly.
