The host was so friendly and happy to help with whatever information we needed. There’s coffee or tea and a snack in the back garden, too. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels on my trips, and this one is always among my top three. The rooms are spotless, the bed was really comfortable, and each room has its own design. Thank you.

The hotel itself was lovely, spacious, and warm, and we could check out at 12:00. But what really made our stay was the hostess. She was the nicest and most accommodating we’ve ever had, sorting us out with restaurants and places to visit. She even got us a reservation at a hotel that doesn’t take reservations. I’d recommend this family hotel just for her.

There aren’t meals or drinks available at the hotel, apart from coffee and cakes at breakfast, but bars and restaurants are nearby and the city centre is an easy walk. There’s a little garden for an evening drink or breakfast outside. A cosy boutique place, with nicely decorated rooms and friendly staff.

The owner gave us a lovely, helpful welcome, especially since it was our first time in Santander. The place was beautiful, and our room was really nice too. We’d definitely return and recommend it to friends and family.
