Los Balcones Del Arte

We needed three bedrooms for our family of five, and having two apartments behind one shared outer door worked perfectly. Each has its own secure entrance, a living room with kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Ours were spacious, modern, spotless and had everything we needed for a city break. They’re on the fifth floor, with lift access. Behind each of the two main doors by the lift are two self-contained apartments, one with a pair of bedrooms and one with a single bedroom. The location is right in the centre of Santander, about 20 minutes from the airport. The area is flat, so it’s easy to walk to the main squares, Cathedral, shops, bars and restaurants. From the moment we arrived, Eneida greeted us warmly and gave us excellent restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. We looked at lots of places to stay, and choosing Los Balcones del Arte was our best decision. I’d happily recommend it and return.

Great hosts, an amazing place and a perfect location!

Nacho greeted us when we arrived and suggested excellent places to visit, eat and shop. The apartment was comfortable, charming and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed, including an iron and board, a hairdryer, a capsule coffee machine and extension cords with power strips in the rooms. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom had all the essentials, and our small terrace had wonderful sea views. It was a lovely, unforgettable weekend, and I can’t wait to return. Thank you for making it happen. The location is unbeatable for getting around, with everything a three to eight minute walk away. We booked parking a three minute walk from the apartment, but could stop by the door to load our suitcases and head off. We were travelling with an older person using a walker and had no trouble. There’s an elevator, with only a small, easy step before it. The service was wonderful from the time we booked. They stayed attentive and did what they could to make things easy for us. Fully recommended.

We spent a long weekend in a one-bedroom apartment. It was lovely, modern, bright, quiet, clean and comfortable, with good equipment. Most of all, it’s very central and close to everything. I recommend it.
