The staff were incredibly helpful, and the restaurant served good food in large portions. Our waiter was amazing. The gym had all the equipment we needed, and the hotel was very clean. It's close to a lovely beach, restaurants, cafes and shops. We had a wheelchair-accessible room with a very spacious shower, though the room itself was tight. It had one reclining bed and one single bed, and there wasn't enough room to get a wheelchair between the beds and table to reach the fridge or window. Be aware that the underground parking is a bit lower than its stated 1.9-meter limit. We would return.

The staff were extremely friendly and supportive. The room was a good size, with a very comfortable bed, a great view, a good bathroom and space for luggage. As a family-friendly place, it would be nice to have a downstairs area with toys or books for children. A kettle in the room would have been welcome in a four-star hotel, since not everyone drinks coffee at night.

The accommodations were very nice, and the front desk staff were friendly. There are some decent restaurants nearby, but you'll need to book ahead. It also helps to understand Spanish meal styles and timings, which are quite different.

This was our second stay. The rooms are good, clean and quiet, though the room cleaning was inconsistent and the toilet seat was broken. The breakfast buffet, however, has gone seriously downhill. Staff seemed more focused on blocking off tables and setting up lunch hours before breakfast was over. The coffee machines weren't working, and the selection got smaller as the week went on. Larger groups seemed to get priority, too. Today there was nothing at all for gluten-free guests, no regional items or churros, and a poor choice of fruit. I still paid the same breakfast price.

The room was very spacious and clean. Reception staff were helpful, especially Wilton, who assisted me with charging my EV on site and finding an Apple retailer to sort out an issue with my iPhone.
