We loved our stay. The rooms are nicely decorated, cleaned each day as part of the price, and the hosts were friendly and quick to answer. Check-in was easy with door codes, so we didn't have to keep track of keys. The city-centre location is fantastic. It got a little hot at night without air conditioning; opening a window let in traffic noise, but earplugs and sleep masks made it manageable.

We were new to self check-in, but it all worked smoothly, and the communication through Booking.com was good. The room was lovely and very clean, and the location was excellent. The stairs up to the apartments caught me off guard and really weren't for me, though others may be fine with them. Apart from that, it's a lovely place and a great choice.

The bathroom setup was the main drawback for us: there's a huge glass window in place of a door, so there's no privacy. Street noise and light came into the room too, so earplugs and a sleep mask would help. On the plus side, the room was spacious and stylish, with a very comfortable bed and pillows, nice towels, a cute balcony, and a kitchenette with tea and coffee. The Wi-Fi was solid enough for video calls, self check-in was easy, and the location and value were great.

We spent an hour trying to reach the owner because we never got a call or email with check-in details. We’d been traveling in Spain for the last two weeks, and this was the first place that gave us no guidance on getting into the building. I use Priceline exclusively and have never had a problem before. This wasn’t my first stay in ABB. Skip this one.

The room was generally good and check-in was easy, with a great location too. But the en-suite bathroom door didn't work, and that wasn't acceptable.
