The hotel is central and only about a five-minute walk from the bus station, so it was easy to reach from the airport and handy for exploring the city. There’s no reception, and online check-in is required. After registering, you get the street and room door codes by email. I’ll recommend it to my friends!

We enjoyed our stay, and the service was excellent. Keep up the good work. It would be helpful to have more bath towels.

The shower worked well, but its depth is only 700 mm. The rooms felt cramped and the beds were hard, and the instructions for finding the room weren't good. This pension is unstaffed. It says there’s a lift, but you have to climb nine stairs before reaching it. I wouldn't recommend it.

2/10
The beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable, but the room was plain and smelled overly perfumed. There was a small TV, though it wouldn't connect to the hotel Wi-Fi. Booking directly made an already confusing, stressful process worse. We got no booking confirmation until we tried disputing the credit card charge, had to plead by email for the promised registration instructions, and only got entry details after calling an hour after check-in time. The directions mention a touch pad that's almost impossible to see. Good luck finding it.

I’d stay here again. The location was great, and the room had a mini fridge, hairdryer, and coffee and tea. It was very clean, with comfortable beds, absorbent towels, and an excellent shower with strong hot water. More than I expected from a two-star place.
