The front desk service really made my stay at Hotel Chiqui in Santander. Héctor and Christina welcomed me warmly from the start and were both professional and efficient. They helped with arrangements, offered local tips, and were always ready with a smile. They paid attention to the small things and were willing to help with anything, which made my visit even better. It’s rare to find such thoughtful hospitality, and they’re a real credit to the hotel. I’d happily return and recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a comfortable stay with such great service.

There’s plenty of parking, and the seaside view from our room was lovely. The hotel is in a nice spot, with a waterside cliff walk just outside. My wife and I had a great stay at Hotel Chiqui. The room was very good, and we were pleasantly surprised by how good the included breakfast was.

We had dinner at the restaurant and it was excellent. The atmosphere was lively but relaxed, and the staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful, and professional. The beachfront location is great, and our room and bathroom were superb. Parking is available outside or in a paid underground garage. You can request a kettle, and there’s also a vending machine by the lifts. Very chic, cheeky Chiqui, one of my best hotel stays in a long time.

Cristina at reception kindly moved us from a double to a twin room with a balcony. It was a very positive stay, with water refills conveniently available in the hall and an absolutely amazing view of the sea.

The views were beautiful, everywhere was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast had an excellent range, the staff were helpful, and taxis were easy to get. There were no tea-making facilities, which may be normal in Spain. At night, though, a strange rattling noise in our room kept disturbing our sleep.
