A thoroughly bad stay. The place smells foul, and there are plenty of problems: the hall lights stay on all the time, the kitchen is so tiny it barely lets you heat water, and after some kids have drinking parties, the patio can’t be used. The people responsible ignore all of this, leaving considerate guests like us to pay for the damage. There’s also a €150 deposit, more than you’d pay even at a 5-star hotel. I won’t come back or recommend it.

We left rather than spend another night there, and I’m writing this to spare anyone else the same experience. Guests in other rooms partied and drank all night, constantly coming and going. We couldn’t rest, and eventually called the emergency number they provide. It was useless, nobody did anything, even though there are rules. We were close to calling the police. The rooms were cramped and terribly poor quality for the price, and they also ask for a €90 deposit. Check the photos and videos in other reviews. We’d never return, even for free. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

The rooms were spotless. There’s a shower curtain instead of a proper screen in the bathroom, so quite a lot of water gets out. Also, the pet policy isn’t clearly explained, and pets come with an extra charge.

They ask for a €90 deposit without clearly explaining why, then apparently look for reasons to keep it. You have to clean the room yourself, and barely even need the towels, but that doesn’t stop them. The place also smells unpleasant. I had a completely negative experience and wouldn’t return or recommend it.

The staff were unbelievably rude, and one of them even slammed the door in my face. The place was noisy, smelled awful, and had mosquitoes everywhere. I felt there was no respect for customers at all. I’ll never go back, and I can’t recommend it. The one star is only because I have to give one, not because they deserve it.
