We loved waking up to the sunrise from our room and balcony. The hotel is well placed, with shops, restaurants and beaches just a few minutes’ walk away. The front desk team were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant staff were pleasant too. There were several dishes to choose from, my cousin loved the pineapple mojito, and the paella was amazing. We were a bit surprised there was no Wi-Fi or air conditioning in the room, though we could understand that people don’t come to Menorca just to stay indoors. Poor cleaning is why I’d give it four stars rather than five.

The pool was great, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the beds were comfortable. We rented a house for eight through Apartments Blancala, and it was even better than the photos, fully equipped with everything we needed and more. It was amazing value for the price. The location was great too, right in front of a supermarket and a beautiful Cala. I recommend staying with Apartments Blancala, especially at Villa Blancala 502.

The staff were so kind that they let us leave our bags and hang around the apartment for a couple of hours. There’s a very good cafe-restaurant on site, and a stunning Cala right beside the apart-hotel, directly in front of the sea.

We didn't try the bar or restaurant because there were plenty of other places within walking distance. The sea-view rooms have great balcony views, and there are good-sized pools with lots of sun loungers. The rooms are a little dated, but spacious and perfectly adequate.

It’s a quiet, relaxing area, and the apartment was clean with a very pretty view. The place was furnished with nearly everything we needed, though we couldn’t find an iron. The supermarket is close, and with a car you can reach most of the island. One annoyance was that Wi-Fi only worked by the pool and in the restaurants. My phone had almost no connection elsewhere, so that was frustrating. Still, the stay was good overall.
