Prinsotel Alba Hotel Apartamentos

We had a great stay at Prinsotel Alba with my wife, child, parents and in-laws. The rooms were cleaned well every day, and there’s good food on site. Around five beaches are within walking distance, and the main square, town and market area with restaurants, pubs and other things to do is just 0.2 miles away, so we didn’t need a car. One thing we noticed: there isn’t a baby changing area anywhere in the hotel. With our one-year-old, we had to get creative about where to change him. Still, it was a beautiful place and a great experience.

I had to cancel my reservation at Prinsotel Alba for unexpected medical reasons. The staff were understanding and helpful, and handled the cancellation without any trouble. Their considerate, professional approach felt rare these days. We couldn’t stay this time, but we’ll definitely book there in the future. Highly recommend.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the food and rooms are nice. It’s also close to both the town center and the beaches, making it a lovely, very adequate choice if you want to explore the island. If you plan to spend the whole vacation at the hotel and nearby, though, the facilities may not be quite enough. Children’s activities are limited and don’t run continuously.

The hotel’s very clean, with staff constantly keeping it spotless. Rooms are spacious and have plenty of storage. We found the location ideal, near two beaches and lots of lovely restaurants about 10 minutes away. The walk up to the restaurants is steep, but worth it. We went half board. Next time, we’d choose B&B or self-catering because the evening meal options are limited. The pool areas get very busy, and some sunbeds are claimed early in the morning, though we had no trouble finding one. The pools for young children are brilliant and tucked away from the main swimming area. Staff kept organizing activities for the kids, and our two-year-old absolutely loved the nightly disco.
