The kitchens deserve praise too. Breakfast was a lovely, varied buffet with good-quality food, and dinner at the restaurant was fabulous, with every dish beautifully prepared and delicious, alongside high-level service. Across the hotel, standards are clearly well maintained while the staff still have a warm, friendly manner. The front desk was excellent and especially kind and accommodating when I arrived after 16 hours of travel. I really appreciated that unexpected kindness in such a busy hotel, and can't praise the customer service enough.

A great, quiet setting if you don't mind a little walk. It's clean, away from the crowds, traffic, and noise, with nice people around. There's a lovely little creek and a bridge right out front.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the staff were cheerful and helpful. Breakfast and the bar offering were good too. The room had great views, if only it hadn't been raining. Great hotel, highly recommend.

The breakfast is out of this world, and the pastel de Santiago was a wonderful touch. The location can't be beat for what you get inside. Even with cruise arrivals, weddings, and other busy activity, the hotel has a calm, serene feel. The pool area is nice, though a little small and on the cool side. There are thoughtful touches in the workout area, and the room had nice tubs. Can't wait to come back, thank you so much!
