Exe Peregrino

The view from our room over the city and university campus was awesome. I spent four nights here and really enjoyed the stay. It’s within walking distance of the main city center, the breakfast and dinner were good, and the front desk staff were very helpful. I’m so grateful for this hotel.

I’m seeking legal help over this. I started booking through another online platform, then finished on the hotel’s site. Before payment, I wasn’t asked to review all the details, and the confirmation came back with the wrong dates. I called and emailed quickly to ask for a change, but their “customer policy” wouldn’t allow it, even if I paid an extra fee, despite the confirmation email saying that was possible. They kept my money without providing anything in return.

The garden and pool were lovely during a hot weekend, and the room had a nice balcony, good air conditioning, and an adequate bed. Breakfast was decent too. I did miss having a kettle or coffee in the room.

Breakfast was good, but there wasn’t enough drinking water for hotel guests. The room was far too hot for a good night’s sleep, and the staff weren’t helpful. Their explanation for the temperature didn’t really make sense.
