The worst part was the bedbugs in the room with the bunk bed. My friend was bitten when we stayed there a few days ago, and the owner never responded to our message, even after more than 48 hours. That’s an additional scandal. The apartment was dirty, with mold in the bathroom and in the room next to it. I’d give it zero stars if I could. Edit, since I can’t reply: My colleague, who booked through booking, sent you a text on Friday. The mold was in the bathroom itself and in the adjacent room. But the bedbugs were the worst, and you haven’t addressed them.

We slept well for one night. The apartments are beautiful, about 15-20 minutes on foot from Santiago’s old city center. The rooms are spacious and feel luxurious, with bathrooms, a shared living room, and a kitchen. Thank you, excellent!

The heater stayed on or blocked, and we couldn’t get it turned down. The walls were thin, so you could hear everything, and there were annoying cigarette smells all the time. The place felt very worn out and shabby. The carpet was extremely dirty, and basic things like a toilet brush and hair dryer were missing. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it.
